My name is Monique Ibsen, and I have two children in the Learning Center here at Horace Mann: Lucas is 7 and Lyndon is 6. I am very proud of my children and am excited to assist parents and teachers in the Horace Mann family. I would love to make myself available to anyone who is looking for information or resources to assist and/or educate yourself or family members regarding special needs of every form.
