To celebrate Earth Day, Horace Mann’s Green Team is hosting our first annual Green Week from April 22-27, focused on keeping the earth healthy. Our theme is to RE-THINK and REDUCE. Join us for fun events and great learning experiences for the whole family, classroom pledges all week, textile and Crayola marker recycling, and participation challenges!

OCEAN ANNIE: Presentation Monday April 22nd on “Our Oceans & You” at - Mark Twain Elementary School, 6:30-8pm

MON: Students wear green / Adults go green (sign up for 100% green power with PSE)

TUE:  Students No S.U.P. Day / Adults No Waste Day

WED: Students TYLOD (turn your lights out day) / Adults BYOWB (bring your own water bottle)

THU: Students walk or bike to school / Adults bike or bus to work

FRI: Students wear a Earth-loving shirt FAV / Adults tell others why you ACT
