Details:
This month Diana Lafornara, a Education Parent Partner at Washington Autism Alliance & Advocacy, will be presenting. She will discuss the IEP process in Lake Washington and answer questions on the process and the materials. Diana has a Bachelor's degree in Comparative Literature from the University of Washington, and a STARS certificate in early childhood education from Bellevue College. She has completed the Social Thinking Masterclass 101 taught by Michelle Garcia Winner. Diana is passionate about helping families develop effective IEPs and helping them learn to navigate the IEP process.
