The science fair will be held on Friday, March 2, 2018 at Horace Mann Elementary School from 6 pm to 8 pm. Participants may register and set up starting at 5:30 pm.

This event is totally free! You don’t need to be an exhibitor at the Science Fair to attend!!! The entire Horace Mann community is encouraged to join us to explore, discover and enjoy. It promises to be a fun night packed with cool demos and fascinating presentations.

There will be several exciting demos you don't want to miss. Come and learn everything from how your eyes work, to how to dust for fingerprints, to Robotics!

There will be food available for purchase at the event, starting at 5:30 pm. 

 

Registration Online

Register (here) between January 29 to February 25 to participate in the fair as an exhibitor. But don’t leave it until the end - early registration is encouraged as we have limited spots!

All participants will receive a recognition award and a special surprise.

There is no cost to participate or register.

 

Science Fair Guidelines 

  • Kindergartners through 5th graders are encouraged to complete a project!
  • All children must be accompanied by an adult. This is not a drop off event.
  • Limit two students per project.
  • Students will need a cardboard project display board for their project (see Resources page).
  • Please read the entire Science Fair Guidelines before registering.
