November 13 is World Kindness Day! In honor of this important holiday, which fuels kindness around the world, the Horace Mann Reading Advisory is promoting a 30-Day Kindness Challenge. Each of these acts of kindness is designed to help students learn the importance of giving to others and can be done at school and at home.  

Click here for a printable copy of the 30-Day Kindness Challenge calendar. Participation is not required, but we encourage families to complete this challenge together. The Horace Mann staff looks forward to discussing acts of kindness students complete each week. At the end of the month, Mrs. Leonard will send a short survey for families to take together reflecting on their experience with the challenge. Each participant will receive a certificate for completing the challenge and a grand prize will be awarded that includes movie tickets to Wonder.
