Do you know of an inspirational teacher who’s a hero in the classroom? Ivar’s/Kidd Valley encourage any K–8 student, 14 years or younger, to nominate his or her favorite teacher by filling out an official entry form at any Puget Sound-area Ivar’s or Kidd Valley restaurant (excluding stadium locations). Nominations are also accepted online by completing entries at Ivars.com/teacher or 
https://www.kiddvalley.com/teacher, or by submitting the attached forms. Ivar’s/Kidd Valley will accept nominations for the Teacher of the Year through May 20, 2019. Winners will be announced in late May or early June 2019.

The two teachers chosen as Ivar’s and Kidd Valley’s 2019 Teacher of the Year will each receive a $500 gift card good for classroom supplies and a commemorative plaque. The students who nominate the two-grand prize-winning teachers will be rewarded with an Ivar’s Kids Meal and a visit by Ivar’s famous Dancing Clam or Kidd Valley Kids Meal for their entire class (with school permission, of course)! Additionally, combined they will select four first-place and 30 second-place runners up.
