Horace Mann’s Spirit Team has chosen to sponsor The Star of Hope Centre in Kenya with a fundraiser.  Dana Sullivan, the wonderful author of many children’s books including Kay Kay’s Alphabet Safari and My Red Velvet Cape, is helping us with this endeavor.  Star of Hope provides an education and meals to more than 150 village children in Kenya.  They are in need of uniforms, school supplies and balls for the playground.  We will have envelopes in all the classrooms for collection of donations from May 6^th through May 17^th.  Cash, coins and checks made out to Horace Mann are gladly accepted and very appreciated.  Please help us support Star of Hope!
