Mann Elementary is truly an international community these days.  We regularly register new students that have recently moved to the US from around the globe and English is not their first language.  YOU can help us welcome them and include them into our wonderful community.  Do you speak a language other than English?  Do you have a deep understanding of another culture?  If so, please consider being an Ambassador to these new families. 

An Ambassador would be someone who:

• Is willing to call the family and welcome them to our school.  It is especially helpful if you speak their language.
• Will answer simple questions.  For example:
• What is Movie Night or Enrichment?  How does my student get lunch?

 If you don’t know the answer, you would connect the parent to the office or someone that can answer their questions.
