On Thursday, one of our 4th grade students was sent by ambulance to the ER after being exposed to peanuts during lunch.  Please, remind your student that many of their classmates have life-threatening allergies.  They may ask their teacher if someone in their class has such an allergy.  One way to keep these children safe is to keep the peanut Halloween candies home and only send allergy friendly snacks for consumption in the classroom.
